Continuous Improvement

My Friday Thought: You don't get a baby onto solids and then push them out the door to work. The same is true within tech.

Continuous improvement within tech should have end goals which are continuously shifting. Whether that being your lead time to patch, the level of resilience testing, the secuitry threat modelling you implement - the journey is never complete.

Whilst the continuous end goals are great, it is also important to celebrate the first smile, step, day at school - or software equivalent
