My Friday Thought: Diversity is vital to the success of an organisation, but sometimes people forget it isn’t just about race, gender identity, orientation, religion, disability. Diversity of thought it vital too!

It’s important to remember the benefit diversity of experience and thought can provide.

People who have a career/jobs different from yours/the team will bring benefits holistically. Those with different thought and preference (in a technological viewpoint) will see things with a different angle/lens.

This difference will aid in your organisations success.
