Recognition

My Friday Thought: It is a great feeling when the collaboration, and hard work of a team is recognised outside of the organisation they are within.

Working with amazing engineers is one thing, being able to bring them together as a team of amazing people is another. Low ego, highly skilled people can be hard to find - a team of them even more. It is great when they can be recognised and work with another team in a way that within 12 months the boundaries are gone and you are one great team whose work is recognised.

I am amazingly lucky to have been given the chance to build one team (now one side of a team) alongside other great leaders.
