Small wins

My Friday Thought: Taking my child swimming yesterday reminded me to celebrate the small wins, that lead to great success

Supporting my child with 'bubble, bubble, bubble, breathe' yesterday, lead to them winning a width race with me (with a mini head start). More importantly the small improvements made over the last year has resulted in significant capabilities. I am not about to see a gold medal, but I am confident if they fell into a pool/pond they could get to safety.

Celebrate every small win, as that will lead to bigger successes - also seen today within the team for a long standing migration to the ability to decommission becoming possible.
