Spinning plates

My Friday Thought: Spinning plates isn't always a bad thing, however, too many and then at some point you just have to let one crash.

I personally like having a few things on, which with a great team supporting you can mean there are a few things spinning at once. At some point the number of these can get too much and if there isn't a way to remove the need for them to keep spinning, or someone else to take up the stick then you have to be ok with one or more breaking.
