Amazing teams

My Friday Thought: Achievement and success is never down to one person. While I am thankful for the recognition, at the awards yesterday, it is down to the amazing team of people who surround me and make me look good!

Steering the ship, direction and focus on the none negotiable elements are vital to a team's success. You do also need those who will challenge your thinking, take your vision and make it a reality, take your simple idea and create something innovative with it. When you have these people within a team, then you can't help but look awesome - as they make you so.
