Crayons

My Friday Thought: A crayon might not be the brightest in the box, but all are needed to produce brilliant images.

Teams and people aren't much different. Each person within a team can bring something different and can have value to the overall image 'goal'. The different skills of a team can make it great, and mainly every person regardless of the colour they bring adds to the team.

Whilst in art, easers might be good, within a team a distracter of value, support of the goal is different. These should be handled with care, but with mindfulness of the effect they can have on the overall team
