Diversity

My Friday Thought: If you keep looking for the same then how do you expect a different viewpoint or transformation to occur.

Diversity comes in many ways, the common ethnicity, gender, orientation ones are more obvious. We should also consider experience, thought, working hours and the differences of these within the team. This is in addition to the focus someone has like business value, engineering or secuitry, we need advocates for make ares too.

All these elements together make a difference to the value you can receive - truly diverse teams include differences at the various layers.
