My Friday Thought: The importance of DNS at home - without it you seen the circle of doom, then blank.

Today I lost the inability to access most things, due to loss of DNS. Whilst it took awhile to resolve and the root cause is known, it highlights the importance of certain things and how they integrate into everyday.
