My Friday Thought: Education/learning and reflection isn’t just for children!

Education or learning isn't about knowing all the answers, it should be about knowing where to go to find them. Additionally within Tech we should remember the manifesto of agile software development which calls out uncovering better ways - read between the lines - we don't have all the answers.

Also it is worth that we aren't all starting from the same place, reflecting on where we are, where we want to get and taking the small steps to help us on our way is important.

Learning is a journey, tech improvement is a journey too, whose destination might change.
