My Friday Thought: Work-life balance is essential- for me this week was focused on the life part with fun at CBeebies Land.

Regardless of what gives you balance, or you like to do to unwind, it is vital you make time for it. Whilst doing a good job is important to me, ensuring I watch and enjoy my child grow is vital.
