My Friday thought: Innovation doesn’t have to be brand new to amaze. It can be new to you, your organisation or whoever.

Think about children and the awe in their eyes at the exciting world around us. For parents, aunts, uncles how proud are you when your child takes the new exciting step, nothing revolutionary there for mankind, but it is for your world

There is loads of great tech, we don’t always have to create this ourselves to benefit from it. Yes it is exciting to be involved in an innovative new technology, but there can also be exciting in using what is there and being innovative within your context, your world.
