No
My Friday Thought: While people might really want to have the answer yes to a question, a firm no is often what is needed.
Can you hit this date? Is often asked and there are somethings you can do to achieve that. However, often the answer is No, you aren't going to get it and I have no idea right now when you can.
Standing firm with the No (where you data shows the ask isn't possible) is important. The only way for the No to change, is to descope, remove requirements, really focus on what is needed for MVP, not what is wanted. This is vital to ensure that the engineers on the ground aren't set up to fail.
