My Friday Thought: When you consider things from another persons viewpoint their validity comes into question Footrest vs 'Feetrest'

A simple conversation with my daughter highlighted something I hadn't ever really given thought to. Feetrest makes more logical sense, but we have always used footrest.

Organisations can be the same, we have always done something one way, so we stop questioning should we change. A fresh pair of eyes, or even a different perspective can be eyeopening
